The Wave Relay™ Mesh CPE provides all of the advanced routing capabilities of the Wave Relay™ system in a lower cost single radio device. The goal of the mesh CPE product is to deliver the meshed routing capability all the way to the end user. This substantial increase in the number of meshed devices creates more routing options, leading to better connectivity and higher network capacity. The Wave Relay™ CPE device, while part of the mesh network, still provides an 802.11 access point, which allows end users to connect conveniently. Since the CPE AP is inside end users' homes or offices, they are able to connect at extremely high speeds. The Wave Relay™ CPE is able to then hop across other CPEs in order to provide the highest possible connection speed back to the Internet.
