Wave Relay™ provides a four lane superhighway with its four radios operating on multiple channels to drastically increase throughput. Data is routed across non-interfering channels and superior scalability allows every radio to function as an access point and as a part of the mesh.
KEY ADVANTAGES:
• Increased throughput
• Efficient use of bandwidth and capacity
• Multi-hop routing to backhaul network allows for wide coverage from a single AP
• Buy bandwidth in bulk to save on the recurrent costs of multiple APs
• Simple, cost-effective, and comprehensive management provided by a single manufacturer
Each Wave Relay™ device provides a four lane superhighway with its four radios operating on multiple channels to drastically increase throughput. Data is routed across non-interfering channels, and every radio functions as an access point and as a part of the mesh. If more than four radios are required at a particular location, multiple Wave Relay™ devices can be wired together via their Ethernet ports and they will automatically form a radio super cluster. This allows an almost unlimited number of radios to be deployed at any location.
KEY ADVANTAGES:
• Up to four 802.11 access points on separate channels for each Wave Relay™ router
• Four times the bandwidth
• Tri-frequency radios (900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5 GHz)
• Spectrum bridging to connect end users running on different frequencies
• Ability to employ a 5 GHz radio to link over many miles
• Delivers an impressive 63 Mbps of capacity on a 40 MHz backhaul channel
