Training Course Cancellation Policy

Buyer may designate a substitute attendee in writing any time before the first day of the Course.

Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to training@persistentsystems.com and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee, per enrollee.

Neither cancellations nor requests to reschedule will be honored unless they are submitted more than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the Course.

No-shows and/or cancellation/rescheduling requests within the fourteen (14) day window will be liable for all Course fees just as if the entire Course had been attended.

Persistent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or postpone this Course up to fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the Course. In the event that a course is cancelled or postponed, reimbursements from Persistent will be strictly limited to the total fees, if any, already paid to Persistent by buyer prior to the cancellation or postponement.
